RailSense

RailSense offers a comprehensive suite of cutting-edge sensing technologies meticulously designed to elevate safety and efficiency in rail operations. Our array includes an assortment of sensors tailored for concrete, soil, and rail environments, adept at monitoring critical parameters such as moisture levels, temperature variations, movement patterns, corrosion tendencies, material defects such as cracking, and stress indicators. By harnessing the predictive capabilities of our sensor network, RailSense empowers railroads with invaluable insights into potential failures, enabling proactive decision-making strategies aimed at preventing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.

TieSense

TieSense revolutionizes tie management for railroads, offering a sustainable solution to minimize the disposal of scrap ties. Our process involves meticulous grading and sorting of ties, identifying and extracting those suitable for repair. Typically, this approach results in a remarkable 30% reduction in scrap ties. The salvaged ties undergo our patented repair process, transforming them into high-quality Industrial Grade ties fit for reuse in yards, sidings, or industry tracks.

Moreover, TieSense goes the extra mile by addressing ties classified as kind 3 or lower in quality, further slashing scrap by an additional 30 to 40 percent. By rehabilitating and repurposing ties, our service not only curtails new tie purchases by up to 30%, but also contributes to the conservation of forests by reducing the need for fresh tie production. With TieSense, railroads embrace sustainability while optimizing their tie management practices for a greener, more efficient future.
